How does the free trial work?
You get a 7-day free trial with full access to today's ranked pick and the archive. We tell you the renewal price before you start, and you can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
Will I be charged automatically?
After the free trial, membership renews automatically at the price shown on the pricing section — $10/month or $99.60/year — until you cancel. We don't hide the amount or the billing cycle, and cancelling is a few clicks in your account.
What if I don't like it?
Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you're charged for your first paid month and change your mind, we offer a 7-day money-back window on that first charge — just email [email protected]. Full terms on the Refund page.
Is payment secure?
Checkout will run over an SSL-encrypted connection through a payment provider once subscription setup is connected. Until then the Subscribe button opens a neutral setup notice rather than taking a payment.
What devices can I watch on?
videozone is a web video site that works in any modern browser on desktop, laptop, tablet and phone. We don't currently offer native mobile, smart-TV or offline-download apps, and we won't claim to until we actually ship them.
Can I download films to watch offline?
Not at the moment. videozone is streaming-only over the web. If we add offline downloads in future we'll say so clearly — we don't advertise features we haven't built.
When does the ranking refresh?
The ranking refreshes daily at 00:00 in your own local timezone. The countdown on the site shows exactly how long until tomorrow's selection unlocks.
Does the same film stay #1 forever?
No. The ranking is rebuilt every day, so today's #1 makes way for a new pick at midnight. The archive keeps past selections for members to revisit.
Can I share my account?
Membership is intended for personal use by one member. We may apply reasonable limits on simultaneous streams to keep things fair; details are in the Terms.
How are the films selected and ranked?
Our curators — led by founder Andreas Petrou — watch the day's new car films and rank them by craft, clarity and honesty. It's human editorial judgement, not an engagement-maximising algorithm.
Can I submit my own car films?
Yes — independent makers are welcome. Send a link and a short note to [email protected] and the curation team will take a look for a future ranking.
