We respect copyright and expect our community of makers to do the same. If you believe content on videozone infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent.

What your notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. Identification of the material on videozone you want removed, with enough detail (URL or film title) for us to locate it.
4. Your contact details — name, address, phone or email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

What happens next

On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the maker who submitted it. Repeat infringers may have their submissions or accounts terminated.

Counter-notice

If you are a maker whose content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.
