These Terms govern your use of videozone.stream (the "Service"), operated by Kyros Motor Media Ltd, a limited company registered in Cyprus at Griva Digeni 67, Office 406, 3101 Limassol, Cyprus ("we", "us"). By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

videozone is a web-based, subscription video site presenting a daily ranked selection of independent car films. Full playback and archive access require an active trial or paid membership. The Service is provided over the web; we do not currently offer native mobile, smart-TV or offline-download apps.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Membership is for personal use by one member. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may apply reasonable limits on simultaneous streams to keep access fair.

3. Free trial

New members may receive a 7-day free trial. We disclose the renewal price before you begin. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

4. Subscription, auto-renewal & pricing

• After the trial, membership renews automatically at the price shown at sign-up ($10/month or $99.60/year) until you cancel.
• We will not change your price without notice.
• Applicable taxes are shown at checkout and may vary by location.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access through the paid period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. A 7-day money-back window applies to your first paid charge, as described on the Refund page.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, redistribute, scrape, or publicly perform films from the Service.
• Do not circumvent access controls or share credentials beyond personal use.
• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

7. Content & intellectual property

Films are licensed from or submitted by their makers and remain the property of their respective owners. Submissions are handled per our Content Policy. Copyright complaints follow our DMCA process.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
