2. How we use data
To deliver the daily ranking, manage your membership and billing, keep the Service secure, respond to support, comply with law, and — only with consent — measure analytics and run advertising.

4. Processors
We share data only with processors that help us run the Service — for example a payment provider (once subscription setup is connected) and hosting/email infrastructure. Processors act on our instructions under data-processing agreements. We will name active processors here as they go live; we do not list providers we have not yet engaged.
5. Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your membership is active and for the period required by Cypriot tax and accounting law after closure. Usage logs are kept for a limited period for security and analytics, then deleted or anonymised. Support emails are kept while relevant.
6. International transfers
Where data is processed outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests; you may withdraw consent at any time.
