We want billing to feel fair, so the terms are simple and stated up front.
7-day free trial
Membership starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you are not charged at all. There is nothing to refund because no money has changed hands.
7-day money-back on your first paid charge
If your trial converts and you are charged for your first paid month, you have a 7-day money-back window from the date of that first charge. Email [email protected] within those 7 days and we'll refund that first charge in full.
After the money-back window
- Subsequent renewals are generally non-refundable, but cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access through the period already paid for.
- If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a genuine service fault, contact us — we review these case by case.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of Cyprus or your country of residence.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the approximate date of the charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once subscription setup and the payment provider are connected.
