We want billing to feel fair, so the terms are simple and stated up front.
7-day free trial
Membership starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you are not charged at all. There is nothing to refund because no money has changed hands.
7-day money-back on your first paid charge
If your trial converts and you are charged for your first paid month, you have a 7-day money-back window from the date of that first charge. Email payments@videozone.stream within those 7 days and we'll refund that first charge in full.
After the money-back window
- Subsequent renewals are generally non-refundable, but cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access through the period already paid for.
- If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a genuine service fault, contact us — we review these case by case.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of Cyprus or your country of residence.
How to request a refund
Email payments@videozone.stream from the address on your account, with the approximate date of the charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once subscription setup and the payment provider are connected.
